peek into my studio.

Hoping to be finished with the transformation of my studio in the next few weeks. Another good thing about us staying here longer is that I get to keep working on it. I'm currently on the search for a colorful area rug (something like these from Urban Outfitters) and the perfect fabric to reupholster my vintage studio chair.

I love spending time in my studio, it's become such an inspiring space.... even if Chris does tease me about only being able to pin things at my height on my bulletin board (I'm a shortie). Excited for a big reveal post coming soon (hopefully!)

What does your creating space look like? Will you be creating this weekend, or taking a break?

Psst. print found here. hoop found here.

  9. I wish I could have a space like that in our tiny apartment! I'm not all that artistic or creative, but would love a nice clean and crisp space to study and what not.

  10. great space...cool rugs. i just moved and my sweet family let me take over the bonus room for my studio. it's enormous. i have a table for painting, another for jewelry making and another for sewing. ikea makes awesome industrial looking shelves, so i bought two. haven't blogged on it yet cause it's not done, but it's going to be wonderful. can't wait to see more of yours.
