copper + torch feature and giveaway!
Every once in a while, I come across a shop that is so unique and creative, that it makes me just a little giddy. Lately it seems that everyone has some sort of handmade endeavor, and it's become rare to find that perfect balance of unique and relative.
a Rafflecopter giveaway
Well, I'm really excited to introduce you to Lindsay today (not me, another Lindsay.) She is the maker behind the business, Copper + Torch. She creates glass + soldered copper hanging terrariums, and necklaces with the tiniest and sweetest details.
Lindsay sent me a few pieces from her shop recently, and I'll tell you firsthand that her products are incredibly well-made and so gorgeous. I stuck a few baby succulents in my Diamond + Triangle Duo terrarium, and they seem to be pretty happy after a few weeks of hanging around in on our dining room wall. Think of all the fun possibilities -- fresh flowers from the backyard, smooth stones, or even filled with pretty sea-glass would be beautiful!
Her necklaces are their own kind of special. Tiny bits of lace, and the teeniest feathers you've ever seen are placed between two pieces of glass. Lindsay even did a few custom pieces using heirloom lace as gifts for Mother's Day. So personal and amazingly sweet. I love that idea for preserving a piece of a wedding or baptism gown.
I'm really excited that Lindsay is partnering with me for her first ever giveaway! One winner will receive their choice of one of the items above-- a tiny feather necklace (click that link-- her pictures capture the beauty of this necklace way better than mine!), a lace necklace, OR a small terrarium.
Enter using the Rafflecopter widget below. Mandatory entry is to comment on this post with your choice (you're not stuck-- just your first thought!) AND tell us about a personal gift that meant a lot to give or get. Additional and optional entries available too!
PS. Keep an eye out for a HelloHue + Copper and Torch collaboration coming soon!

DeleteThat link did not work for me, just FYI
DeleteBut putting in the underscores into the link DID work.
Deleteterrarium!
ReplyDeleteGift would be.. a wooden jewlery box that my husband (then boyfriend) worked on for me.
I really love all of Copper & Torch's items---so sweet and creative. I love to make handmade items (bracelets, cards, funny gift cards) for family and friends. My husband always looks forward to getting "Good for 20 minutes back/foot massage" gift card that I'll randomly surprise him with throughout the year.
ReplyDeleteI was looking at her necklaces last week! I would definitely pick one of those... I love lace!
ReplyDeleteThey are beautiful. Love the Lillie clary necklace.:)

ReplyDeleteThat Lace necklace is lovely :) I love spontaneous, for no reason gifts. I am also a big fan of hostess gifts :) Wine and flowers always go over well.
ReplyDeleteThe feather necklace...so amazing! My sister found a bunch of old wedding photo's of my mom from her first marriage (my siblings father). My mom was 17 at the time and had the best 50's style wedding. My sister made the wedding album into a book for all of us kids. It was a cool look into part of our mom's life we didn't really ever get to see & she passed away 20 years ago so it was cool.
ReplyDeleteBoth are beautiful! What a unique combination of things to make and sell! I love it!!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely the feather necklace!
ReplyDeleteOh, the lace, I would definitely get my wedding veil lace, since it was made from my grandma's wedding dress!
ReplyDeleteSo cool!!! :)
ReplyDeleteThey have so many cute things! I would totally choose a terrarium though:)
ReplyDeleteLove those necklaces!!
ReplyDeleteI would choose the teeny feather necklace. I recently got a pair of shoes as a gift - I know, not very exciting, but I was THRILLED! Finally, a pair of shoes I love, and as a gift! Woo!
ReplyDeletelove, love the feather necklace! beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI love the little feather necklace but I think that the terrarium would look gorgeous on my office wall with a little plant to spruce up my workplace. I commissioned an artist who worked at my college to paint a picture of our dog for my Mom's 50th birthday! It was definitely a hit!
ReplyDeleteI think I'd choose the feather neckalce, so cute! For mother's day, I got my mom a pair of sandals she has been dying to have along with a day at the spa! She was beyond happy!
ReplyDeleteLOVE that tiny feather necklace! All the items are so unique and fun.
ReplyDeleteI'd LOVE one of the necklaces!
ReplyDeleteLace necklace definately...it's too cute to pass up. One of my favorite gifts was a hammock to enjoy the cool breezy days while reading my books.
ReplyDeleteI love the lace necklaces!
ReplyDeleteThe feather necklace is so unique! I love it!
ReplyDelete& I was recently gifted several pairs of no show socks. It may seem like it's not much of a gift but I needed them badly for my flats so I'm very grateful!
The terrarium is cool! And the lace necklaces!
ReplyDeleteI Looooove the little feather necklace! A few years ago my Mom gave me my great Grandmother's garnet ring and my Grandmother's engagement ring. They are so precious to me!
ReplyDeleteI love the tiny feather necklace and actually if I won it I would give it to my sister in law:)
ReplyDeleteI like the tiny feather necklace.
ReplyDeleteI love the necklaces, but I am obsessed with little terrariums lately so I think I would choose that. Nothing tops my mothers ring as a gift, we had suffered a horrible tragedy that year. My husband got our son and our daughters stones and a diamond for the future.

ReplyDeleteI think I'd pick the feather! I always get great gifts from my boyfriend; he's so thoughtful.

ReplyDeleteThe Diamond + Triangle Duo terrarium is so neat - I love it! There are many different options but I like the succulent idea best. I received a unique elephant pot once. Ia hole in the bottom and still have it. There is oregano growing out of it now. I love plants and garden frequently so things like that are great.
ReplyDeleteLOVE the terrarium. Just bought a house and would love to hang it up! :)
