Pinks & Purples on my Finger & Toes.

Happy Friday, amigos! I've been spending the day cleaning the house, packaging up some orders and admiring my nails. :)

I stumbled upon an amazing sale in a little salon in my mall yesterday --60% off selected colors of OPI nail polish! So I snagged some new colors and slapped them on as soon as I got home. I never wear nail polish on my fingers so this is a fun change and I think I could get used to it. I might have to go back and snag some more colors!

I couldn't decide on which color I wanted on my hands so I put one color on each hand. And because I'm in a really weird mood today, you get these awkward pictures for your Friday enjoyment. :)

(Yes, I wear glasses. I'm practically blind without them or my contacts.)

(No, I don't wear my wedding ring on my right hand. Photobooth turns everything backwards.)


Darker shade:: Paint My Moji-toes Red
Lighter shade:: Hot and Spicy (my new fave!!)





And I painted my toes too! A pretty purple called Miami Beet.

    I love love love opi, I have an obsession. If I would have known about this sale. I would have had you pick me some up and I would have sent you money ha ha. I have a new purple color I like, I can't remember the name though. I just got up and looked to see if I could find it but couldn't find the bottle :( Anyways its pretty so you'll have to take my word for it!

    I'm lovin' it. haha I rarely wear nail polish, too. Actually, the last time my toes were painted was when my friend in CA did them for me back September, only because she couldn't stand that I still had old nail polish left on my toes from a wedding I was in back in June. Sick...

    Love your new colors! Like you, I usually have other paint on my nails, but I have an obsession with painting my toes. We should have a nail art day sometime. :-) I do great leopard print... haha!

    My favorite OPI color is It's All Greek to Me. It's a really pretty hot pink color. Love it so much! I had a pedicure at the resort we stayed at when I went to Jamaica with the fam a few years ago. And could not find the color till last year. I like wearing black, too. :)

    I love a light purple color, although I have a dark pink on right now. p.s. I'm pretty much blind too - I can't even see the big E at the top of the chart... :(

    everyone swears by OPI, so i just might have to try it, although i only wear it on my toes. right now, my mom and i match {i know, aw, right? :)} with a brown color to off-set our tan little piggies... ;)

    LOVE those colors! I'm on a huge coral, orange and red kick right now! But I'll try anything!

    I think the next shades I want to try are asphalt and navy!

    I love those colors! I'm slightly obsessed with nail polish and paint my nails at least once a week (sometimes more, depending on how quickly they chip).

    Love your blog, and you have a pretty awesome name too, if I do say so myself haha. :)

    Where did you find the OPI for 60% off?? I'll be headed to east Oahu tomorrow. I love the new OPI Katy Perry colors. They're a lot of fun and cone with the new black shatter- which gives nails a tropical look.

    Haha. Gotta love iPhones spell check. Correction- the Katy Perry set comes with the black shatter which gives a crackle (not tropical - darn it!) effect. They're very fun!

    My current favourite is American Apparel's Malibu Green. I actually did a product review of it on my blog a while back.

    I've actually never bought a bottle of OPI but I think I might have to soon... their colours are amazing.

    Yeeeah, I'm all about doing my own nails :) I have a matte mauve pink on my fingers and a BRIGHT frickin' blue on my toes.

    If you do start painting your nails more: Sally Hansen products are The Best. Seriously. They're totally reasonably price, often on sale, and the most chip-resistant of any DIY polish I've tried.

    And no, I don't work for Sally Hansen :) I'm just rough on my nails, so I like that it lasts long.

    Love luv lllooovvveee OPI. It totally rocks! One of my dream jobs is to be the gal that comes up with the wonderful, and often hysterical, names for the polishes. Hands down, my fav is, "I'm Not Really A Waitress." What a riot! And such a sassy red. But I currently have "Jade Is The New Black" on my toes-ies in honor of St. Patrick's Day! I literally dedicated an entire blog post to my love for OPI, too.
